Discover Orient Holidays was incorporated on the November 1993 in line with the government mission to promote Malaysia globally. It is fully owned by Furqan Business Organisation Berhad (FBO), which major business is in the properties. FBO also owns and operates two other Tours & Travel companies. FBO is listed on the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.

Booking & Reservation
All bookings request will be replied within 2 business days. However, more often that not, we will endeavor to reply to your booking request within 24 hours ( 1 working day ). We have also invested in the E-Travel, one of the best inbound software to help us on our efficiency.

Account Relationship Management
We are geared towards achieving customer service and agent satisfaction. Our practice of multi-level relationship with our partners, starting from the Sales & Marketing team to the Reservation & Operation Units right down to the Accounts Department. All our partners have access to the person that is responsible for their account.
