We seek dynamic and highly motivated individuals to fill up the following positions.

Operations officer (Outbound)

Responsibilities:

Responsible in operations, handle all enquiries (telephone, via e-mail, walk-in etc) on airfares, hotels, tours, travel insurance, car rental, groups booking , tour enquiries
Prepare costing/ itinerary/ Visa for FIT/GIT departures
Other ad-hoc operational duties
Assist in outbound business development

Requirements:

Accommodate with basic computer skills
Pleasant personality
Must able to speak & write Malay, Mandarin & English
Self motivated, Initiative, result oriented, customer focus and able to work independently as well as a team player
Applicants should be Malaysian Citizen
Min SPM/Diploma in Tourism/Hotel Management or any other related qualification
With or without experience, Fresh Graduates/ School Leavers are also encourage to apply
